How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for multi-day tours during peak season (March-May, September-November). For private one-day tours, booking 2-4 weeks ahead is usually sufficient.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for one-day tours. For multi-day tours, cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
Are meals included in the tours?
One-day tours include bottled water and light snacks. Multi-day tours include breakfast and dinner (half board) at the hotel. Lunch is typically not included, allowing you flexibility to explore local cuisine.
What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection (hat, sunscreen), modest clothing for religious sites, camera, and a small backpack. We provide water and our guides carry first aid kits.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, etc.) when booking, and we'll make appropriate arrangements with restaurants and hotels.
